These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ValenteOps' missed-call text-back service ("Service"). By signing up, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ValenteOps provides an automated text-back system that responds to missed calls on your business phone line with a customized text message, so potential customers can leave their information instead of going to voicemail. Setup includes configuring call forwarding, building your automated text workflow, and registering your business with US carriers as required for automated text messaging (A2P 10DLC compliance).

2. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. The trial period begins once your business's carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) is verified and your service is fully live — not the moment your setup form is submitted, since carrier approval can take a few business days. You will not be charged during the trial. A valid payment method is required to activate the trial.

3. Billing

After the trial period ends, your account will automatically be charged $249 per month unless canceled before the trial ends. In certain cases, a reduced rate of $199 per month may apply as agreed during setup. Billing is month-to-month; there is no long-term contract. Charges occur on the same calendar day each month as your trial conversion date.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days' written notice to ValenteOps. Service will continue, and billing will still apply, through the end of the 30-day notice period. Canceling during the free trial, before conversion to a paid plan, incurs no charge.

5. Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate business information during setup, including for carrier registration purposes
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the message content sent on your behalf and for maintaining any licenses or permissions your business needs to operate
• You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages

6. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Text delivery is also subject to third-party carrier systems outside our direct control; delays or failures caused by carrier issues are not within ValenteOps' control.

7. Limitation of liability

ValenteOps is not liable for lost business, missed leads, or damages resulting from service interruptions, carrier delays, or misconfigured settings. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond what is required by law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, the "last updated" date above will reflect it. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Website / online presence for carrier registration

US carriers require a verifiable web presence as part of A2P 10DLC campaign registration. If your business does not already have a website, ValenteOps will create a simple placeholder page ("ghost funnel") on your behalf for this purpose. This page satisfies the carrier requirement and is not intended as a marketing website; you are not required to use or promote it beyond what's needed for registration.
