ValenteOps ("we," "us," "our") provides a missed-call text-back automation service for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect from businesses that sign up for our service, and how it's used.

What we collect

When you sign up for ValenteOps, we collect:

• Business name, address, and industry
• Owner or authorized representative's name, email, and phone number
• Business phone number used for missed-call detection
• Tax identification information (EIN) if your business has one, or verification via a one-time text code if it does not
• Payment information, processed securely through our payment provider (we do not store card details directly)

Why we collect it

This information is used exclusively to:

• Set up and operate your missed-call text-back service
• Register your business with US phone carriers as required for automated text messaging (A2P 10DLC compliance) — this is a carrier requirement, not something we impose independently
• Bill for the service according to the plan you sign up for
• Contact you regarding your account or service issues

How we protect it

Tax identification information is transmitted securely and used only for the carrier registration process described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your business or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is retained only as long as needed to provide the service and meet carrier compliance requirements.

Text messaging consent

By using ValenteOps, you authorize automated text messages to be sent to your customers on your behalf when a call to your business goes unanswered, per the message template you approve during setup. Message and data rates may apply to your customers. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of future messages, or HELP for assistance.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about your business, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request account cancellation at any time by contacting us using the information below. Canceling service does not retroactively delete carrier registration records, which are governed by carrier and regulatory retention requirements.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

Website / online presence for carrier registration

US carriers require a verifiable web presence as part of A2P 10DLC registration. If your business does not already have a website, ValenteOps will build a simple placeholder page ("ghost funnel") on your behalf, containing your business information and this privacy policy, solely to satisfy this carrier requirement. This page is not a marketing website and does not affect your business in any other way.
